Our cloud computer service offers Windows Server 2016/2019 with Windows 10 interface, 10 GB of disk space, and 1 Gb/s internet connection, ensuring fast and stable access. The package also includes office software for efficient work with documents and spreadsheets.

If you choose a yearly contract for the cloud computer, the monthly cost is 150 Polish złoty net per workstation. Additionally, you get one month for free by paying for 11 months of service upfront.

After ordering the cloud computer on our website, an invoice for the service will be automatically generated. You will then be redirected to online payment methods. The payment period is 7 days.

If you fail to pay for the e-Pulpit24 cloud computer on time, you will receive a notification about the unpaid invoice. Then, two reminders will be sent every 3 days, and after the third notification, the service will be suspended until the situation is resolved. In case of financial difficulties, we are flexible. We can extend your payment deadline. Just contact us.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. You can both increase and decrease resources depending on your needs, for example, during a busy work season. When the work season ends, you have the option to downgrade the plan. Additionally, if you suspend your business, there is an option to pause payments. In such a case, data and settings will be preserved for a fee of 20% of the standard price.

Yes, we offer one month for free with upfront payment for the whole year. In this case, the price for the cloud computer is also lower - 150 Polish złoty per month.

You can use the cloud computer on different devices, but you can only be logged in on one device at a time. For example, if you finish work on your office computer and did not log out, when you log in on another device, such as in a conference room during a client meeting, the system will automatically log you out of the office computer.

You can share your remote desktop with other users, but for security reasons, we strongly discourage this solution.

The remote desktop within the cloud computer is individually assigned to each user. In the event of a failure or data loss, we will not be able to identify who made the changes. Therefore, we recommend that each user use their own remote desktop.

Within the e-Pulpit24 cloud computer, there are various administrative roles available. These roles depend on the stage of cooperation and security requirements.

At the beginning of the cooperation, you will receive full administrative privileges. These privileges will allow you to install all the necessary programs and applications for your work. Later on, these privileges are revoked. We choose this approach for security reasons. It prevents users from accidentally installing malicious software or deleting important company programs. In such cases, e-Pulpit24 takes responsibility for the security of your data.

If you wish to have full privileges, we can certainly grant them to you. However, the responsibility for the system, data integrity, and potential repair costs in case of errors will then fall on you. We recommend that the administrator rights remain in our hands, allowing for conscious and secure management of the system and server.

Certainly, within the e-Pulpit24 cloud computer service, you can access the activity logs and session logs of users. Every login, change, and action performed is recorded on the company server. This allows you to track who performed specific actions, such as deletions or modifications.

Yes, we regularly perform backups of your data.

Backups are performed on weekends to avoid impacting your daily business operations. Upon your request, we can perform data backups every evening or even every hour. Such a service may incur additional charges.

We perform regular updates on Saturdays, after the second Tuesday of each month. Additionally, in case of an incident reported by CERT, updates are performed immediately.

We provide technical support for e-Pulpit24 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, there is an on-call service and an emergency number for urgent situations such as server failure. If a client requires technical support or installation after 5:00 PM, individual consultations can be arranged. This service is available for an additional fee and can also be provided on Saturdays.

If you want to temporarily suspend the cloud computer service from e-Pulpit24, for example, due to a business break or vacation, you have the option to "freeze" it. The cost of this service is 15 PLN per month, or 180 PLN per year, payable upfront.

During the freezing process, we will create a backup of your data and settings. Restoring the service from this state usually takes several minutes to full functionality.
